Question by Logic: How does regular exercise increase the six dimensions of wellness?
The six dimensions of wellness are physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, environmental, and social. How does regular exercise contribute and enhance these dimensions? I understand how it enhances the physical dimension but what about the rest? Thanks for looking.

It can give you time to think and process things so that helps mental, emotional, and maybe spiritual. If you exercise outside you can become closer to nature, so that is environmental, or you can meet people in a gym and work out with them, that is environmental and social.
